The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (or intern/extern), and national certification. Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or intern/extern license if enrolled in accredited college of pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification required unless enrolled in accredited college of pharmacy.
• Strong mathematical calculation skills and attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare, compound, and distribute medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain sterile compounding suite and overall inventory.
• Process medication orders, prepare for pharmacist check, and assist with packaging/shipment.
• Support with records, stocking, and patient safety to minimize medication errors.
