Job summary

KabaFusion, Henderson, NV, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, sterile compounding, inventory management, and patient services. This role coordinates deliveries and maintains patient and operational records to ensure safe, compliant home infusion services.

You'll assist with quality assurance, documentation, and coordination with providers and internal teams, working under state and federal regulations and USP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacy technician licensure or registration where required by state law.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is acceptable or eligible within six months.
• Sterile compounding training and competency assessments as required.
• Knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> standards and practices.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience; home infusion or sterile compounding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in coordinating daily operations to ensure safe, timely delivery of services.
• Process prescriptions, order entry, and related documentation under a licensed pharmacist.
• Prepare and compound sterile medications per laws, USP standards, and policy.
• Maintain clean room, equipment, and infusion devices to support safety and compliance.
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring medications and supplies.
• Coordinate patient medication deliveries and service logistics to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain patient, pharmacy, and operational records in electronic systems.
