Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and clinical services of a home infusion pharmacy in Columbus, OH. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive branch profitability, and lead a team with emphasis on staff training and orientation.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, an Ohio license, and at least 5 years in infusion or acute care settings, with proven leadership and staff development skills.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience in a home infusion or acute care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing pharmacy teams with a focus on training and development.
• Strong familiarity with IV admixture services, regulatory accreditation standards, and pharmacy systems such as CPR+ or CareTend.

Responsibilities

• Direct all pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, managing recruitment, ongoing training, performance evaluations, and administrative on-call scheduling.
• Enforce strict adherence to regulatory compliance such as State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines.
• Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on manager who will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive branch profitability, and lead a team with a strong emphasis on staff training and orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, managing recruitment, ongoing training, performance evaluations, and administrative on-call scheduling

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program

• Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational experience in a home infusion or acute care setting
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing pharmacy teams with a focus on training and development
• Strong familiarity with IV admixture services, regulatory accreditation standards, and pharmacy systems such as CPR+ or CareTend
• Prior experience in an infusion pharmacy is highly preferred; specialty pharmacy background considered

Location:

• Columbus, OH

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility for administrative on-call duties
