Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver care in patients' homes across a large geographic region. You will perform safe IV infusions, coordinate with care teams, and document patient progress to support outcomes.

Active RN license in the state, at least 1 year in critical/acute/home health, IV insertion skills, and ability to travel (some evenings/weekends) are required. BSN and infusion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practice state.
• 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficient in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Must be able to travel within a large geographic region.
• Some evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe IV infusion in patients' homes.

• Serve as primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
