Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver care in patients' homes. You will administer IV infusions, collaborate with pharmacists and care teams, and document patient progress.

Responsibilities include home visits, coordinating updates, and exercising clinical autonomy to achieve optimal outcomes across a wide geographic region.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 32-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
