Job summary

InfuCare Rx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to join our expanding team in Wyomissing, PA. This full-time professional position requires a qualified RN with IV skills to deliver at-home infusion therapy and coordinate care for patients with complex conditions.

Responsibilities include IV therapy, patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Applicants must hold an unrestricted RN license and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills.
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel, acting as the patient advocate.
• Interpersonal Skills: Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
• Communication: Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• IV therapy.
• Compliance: Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
