Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home and alternate site infusion services provider, seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite.

You will work under structured supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to physician plans of care, while educating patients and families and collaborating with the Clinical team for ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments for home or infusion suite settings.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents care plans and changes.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed to ensure patient safety.
