Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in patients\' homes or infusion suites under physician plans. You will ensure patient safety, document care in real time, and operate under structured supervision.

You will evaluate patient progress, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize outcomes. Requires valid RN license, CPR, and travel up to 100% with own vehicle; compensation reflects market rates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in patient care standards for infusion nursing.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and charting.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing care in home or infusion suite under supervision.
• Assess patient needs during visits and adjust plans per physician orders and patient status.
• Provide training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I for safety and compliance.
