New England Life Care seeks an Infusion Nurse to provide direct home infusion therapy across Canton, MA, and nearby areas. This full-time role requires excellent patient care skills, with weekend shift differential offered.

Join a nonprofit provider serving a broad network of hospital systems and patients across New England. The role focuses on assessments, patient education, aseptic administration, and coordination with infusion and reimbursement teams.

Qualificações

• RN license in good standing in MA.
• Minimum of two years acute care experience.
• Home infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs initial and ongoing patient assessments for home infusion therapy.
• Provides comprehensive initial and ongoing patient and caregiver education.
• Demonstrates competency in aseptic administration and monitoring of all therapy types.
• Communicates changes in patient status to infusion and reimbursement teams.
• Documents all patient assessments and communications in patient records.
• Inserts, maintains / troubleshoots, and discontinues infusion access per policy.
• Maintains competency in infusion equipment and supplies.
• Participates in case conferences and On Call rotation.
