Job summary

CureCare is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapy and nursing services in patients' homes, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction. The role offers per diem hours with eligibility for full-time benefits after 3 months, requiring at least 20 hours of patient availability monthly and building a personal book of business.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to patients’ homes.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Current CPR certification.
• Covid vaccination preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications, assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies.
• Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion.
• Document patient history and clinical information.
• Provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient response to care promptly.
