Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home and alternate site infusion services provider. We seek an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician plans.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. The position includes travel up to 100% and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Preference for BSN and infusion nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and updates plans as status changes require.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I and ensures patient safety and compliance.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions.
