Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to administer specialty medications in patients’ homes and coordinate care with a pharmacist-led team. You will document treatments and serve as the primary contact for patient updates.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year in critical care, and proficiency with IV insertion, with a 32-hour weekly schedule and travel across a large geographic region. A BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and care teams for patient well‑being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in patient records.
