Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery documentation and chain of custody.
• Verify recipient and obtain signatures; handle exceptions.
• Ensure temperature-controlled transport and protect patient privacy.
• Follow route instructions to meet delivery windows safely.
• Report incidents and maintain vehicle logs; support logistics tasks when not driving.
