You will handle warranty service calls, inspect products, and perform repairs related to residential remodeling projects including windows, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen refacing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement service work.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Basic computer or mobile app proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform service repairs and warranty work on installed home improvement products
• Diagnose issues and develop repair solutions
• Complete repairs related to windows, bath systems, and kitchen refacing
• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners while providing professional service
• Document service work using company apps and systems (training provided)
• Communicate clearly with the service management team
• Assist with service scheduling and follow-up tasks
• Identify additional home improvement opportunities when appropriate
