Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Naperville, IL to perform full-home inspections and build trust with homeowners while generating revenue through recommended treatments. You’ll manage appointments, explain findings, and close sales, using a company-provided iPad.

The role offers paid training and opportunities for uncapped earnings. The position emphasizes independence, organization, and a strong customer-first approach, with a competitive compensation package including base plus commission

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely use ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Wear PPE including OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way.
