Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to join our nationwide pest control team. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and close sales with homeowners, leveraging Orkin’s trusted brand and 120+ years of service.

You’ll build relationships, manage appointments, and use an iPad for documentation while working independently to maximize leads. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential, with award-winning training and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedules, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
