Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to bring homeowners trusted pest protection and peace of mind. You’ll conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales with long-term value. Expect uncapped earning potential, award-winning training, and a company vehicle to support field visits.

You’ll build relationships, manage appointments, and work independently while representing Orkin with professionalism and integrity across every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation (iPad).
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
