Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to build trust with homeowners, conduct full-home inspections, and close sales by highlighting the value and long-term protection of Orkin’s services. You’ll manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad, working independently to maximize self-generated opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending the best treatment options.
