Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in the United States to help homeowners protect their homes with termite protection services. You will conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, discuss findings, and propose tailored protection plans while building trusted relationships.

This role includes meeting with homeowners, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline toward personal income goals. Training is provided, no pest control experience required, and benefits include a company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
