Trinity Total Home is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team. No experience required—we provide training, a proven process, pre-qualified appointments, and the tools you need to succeed. Expect uncapped commissions and weekly pay with solid earning potential.

Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled visits, present roofing solutions, build estimates, and close sales while leveraging Salesforce/CRM. Training pay and base draw start Day 1, with real career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
• Confident communicating with homeowners.
• Available for appointments weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays between 8 AM and 8 PM.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to climb ladders and lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and present roofing solutions.
• Assess roofing needs and perform attic inspections when required.
• Build estimates and explain pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and capture measurements using company tech.
• Maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce/CRM and follow up with customers.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching.

• Maintain your sales pipeline in Salesforce/CRM and follow up with customers.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching.
