Trinity Solar, a leader in residential solar and home energy solutions, seeks a Home Improvement Sales Consultant – Warm Leads in Bloomfield, NJ. You will respond to warm inbound and field leads, presenting solar and roofing solutions while closing deals to hit ambitious goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience or proven closers, enjoy training, and benefit from uncapped commissions, ongoing coaching, and multiple revenue streams that boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired).
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities
