Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a full-time W-2 in-home role. You’ll meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging presentations with support from a team that handles much of the groundwork.

We promote from within, offer elite training, and a collaborative, team-first environment. Expect uncapped commissions and strong earnings potential as you grow.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
