Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking driven sales professionals to join as closers in a full-time W-2 role. You will meet with pre-qualified customers, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and grow through elite training with internal promotion opportunities.

Earn between $100,000 and $300,000+ per year with a tight upfront advance, weekly pay, and bonus rewards. Health benefits begin after 30 days, and local appointments are arranged based on where you live.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
