Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking driven sales closers for a full-time, high-earning in-home role. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging presentations.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% upfront commission and no cap, plus weekly pay, monthly bonuses and benefits after 30 days. We provide elite training, mentorship, and a team-first environment.

Local appointments based on where you live and room to grow into leadership roles.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
