This role serves as a foundation for long-term growth from within in sales and leadership, with hands-on training in customer onboarding, communication, and management of renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, solar, roofing, client facing, or outreach preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to explain home improvement programs and assess eligibility.
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database.
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience.
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
