Job summary

1-800 Hansons LLC in Omaha, NE seeks an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and present home-improvement solutions with uncapped commissions. You’ll receive 1-3 company-provided appointments daily, a 5-day schedule, and weekly direct deposit.

Top performers currently earn $250K-$400K annually. You don’t need previous home-improvement experience; we value competitive, coachable people with sales backgrounds such as in-home/outside sales, automotive sales or high-ticket retail.

Qualifications

Competitive, coachable candidates with experience in in-home or outside sales.
Experience in automotive sales or F&I.
Experience in roofing, windows, HVAC or solar.
Experience in high-ticket retail.
Other commission-driven sales environments.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to discuss information about improving their homes.
Identify needs, present HANSONS solutions, demonstrate value, and ask for the business.
Promote products like windows, roofing, siding, gutters, baths/showers.
