Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for outside sales as part of our Home Improvement team in the Pittsburgh area. This commission-based role offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products.

Qualified applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 40 lbs., be computer proficient, and be available to work five days including Saturdays with some flexibility for
