Job summary

Sears Home Improvement seeks energetic, money-motivated candidates for an outside sales opportunity. This commission-based role offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested estimates on home remodeling products.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, promoting remodeling solutions, and maintaining flexibility for schedules including Saturdays. A high school diploma is required, and commuting with a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Outside sales responsibilities and commission-based earnings.
• Must meet with residential customers to discuss remodeling needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
