Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation is seeking energetic, money motivated candidates for an outside sales opportunity with Sears Home Improvement. This commission-based position offers pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products.

Expect excellent compensation opportunities with incentive bonuses, opportunities for growth and advancement, and continuing training.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Ability to work a 5 day week including Saturdays and flexible hours.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales role focused on pre-set, pre-confirmed appointments.
• Engage residential customers and provide home remodeling estimates.
