Job summary

Sears Home Improvement is seeking energetic, commission-based outside sales candidates. Pre-set and pre-confirmed appointments from residential customers who requested an estimate on home remodeling products. Excellent compensation opportunities with incentive bonuses and opportunities for growth.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain required auto insurance.
• Must be computer proficient and comfortable with basic software.
• Flexibility to work five days a week, including Saturdays and possible extended hours.
