West Shore Home in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist in safe, high‑quality installations of baths, flooring and more. You'll load materials at the warehouse, travel to customer homes, and help with setup and basic construction tasks.

The role emphasizes reliability, tool familiarity, and a customer‑focused approach. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with a willingness to learn and work Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
