Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in daily tasks.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
