Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe work, wood cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
