The role involves assisting across departments, stocking merchandise, processing orders, and adapting to daily store needs. A customer-focused, reliable team player with basic math and tech skills will excel.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing and other physical requirements.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by checking shelves and restocking supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service objectives.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe/building materials).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as needed.
