Job summary

Lowe's in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure needs are met with friendly, professional service.

You may also assist with checkout, process orders, and cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best customer experience. This is a part-time role with potential for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Bi-lingual skills.
• Preferred: Certification in a department (hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, etc).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
