Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are presented neatly.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items as expected.
• Train in other store areas as needed to improve customer service.
• Assist with department-specific tasks (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, or cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and fulfill other duties as assigned.
