Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or data entry
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed
• Minimal lifting of 25 lbs without assistance or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in-department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout with efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned
