Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Foley, AL is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and services for home improvement.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise while supporting store operations and delivering friendly service throughout the day, including loading merchandise as needed. You will help customers with project needs, learn store processes, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
