Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, efficient service in-store. This role may involve stocking, assisting with checkout, and partnering across departments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of computer use and familiarity with common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment when shelves are empty or low
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paints, cut pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
