Job summary

As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will engage with shoppers across departments, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
