Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice in the Seattle area seeks compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home end-of-life care. Practice on the road with flexible scheduling—2 to 5 days per week or self-managed part-time—and receive strong mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia services.
• Practice independently on the road with support from the team.
• Manage a flexible schedule with 2–5 days per week or self-managed part-time options.
• Deliver empathetic conversations with families at end of life.
