Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Help Program Specialist to support Michigan's Home Help operations. The role interacts with clients, caregivers, and MDHHS staff to ensure compliant service delivery and smooth enrollment processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Home Help Program, including assessments, eligibility, authorizations, and case management
• Strong understanding of MDHHS Home Help policies and procedures
