Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a detailed and compassionate Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification.

You will be the first contact for patients and referrals, ensuring accurate intake, verifying insurance, and coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will collaborate with clinicians, billing teams, and suppliers to ensure timely service, accurate documentation, and seamless patient

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for accurate intake and service coordination.
• Ability to multi-task and manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake and insurance verification.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring and batch reporting.
• Maintain organized records and logs in compliance with standards.
• Support walk-in and retail equipment requests and on-call coverage as needed.
