Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification. You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake, verifying insurance, and coordinating equipment and services in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Experience in home healthcare or medical billing is preferred. You will collaborate with clinicians, payers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and seamless

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
Knowledge of insurance verification and reimbursement practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
Coordinate intake and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
Communicate with patients and internal teams to ensure timely service and resolution of inquiries.
Maintain organized records and comply with applicable standards.
