Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Denver, CO, seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. At this location, this position pays $20 to $21 per hour, based on experience, with a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient intake preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs per standards.
• May cover on call, drive a company vehicle, and assist with deliveries.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake (preferred)
