Job Summary and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Two years of experience in a licensed and certified (Medicare) home health agency.
• Knowledge of Federal (Medicare) and Local standards, Conditions of Participation, and Local Coverage Determinations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/Active RN license in practice state.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Experience required: 2 years.
