Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate speech therapy needs and develop a treatment plan.
• Provide therapy within scope and coordinate with the health care team.
• Evaluate function and assist in plan of care development.
• Instruct patients and families in speech therapy techniques.
• Document progress and report changes to supervisor/physician.
