• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Evaluates function and assists in development of the therapy plan.
• Treats patients to communicate effectively and document progress.
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment to supervising staff.
• Instructs patient and family in speech therapy areas they can participate.
