Human Touch Home Health in Fredericksburg is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN home health opportunities across Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and nearby communities. You’ll evaluate patients in their homes, develop plans of care, and treat a range of communication and swallowing disorders with flexible scheduling.

Patient opportunities may be available in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Falmouth, Spotsylvania, Massaponax, Spotsylvania Courthouse, Garrisonville, Aquia Harbour, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Complete speech-language pathology evaluations in patients' homes
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Provide dysphagia treatment and swallowing education as appropriate
• Help patients improve functional communication and cognitive skills
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete reassessments and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License Required
• Graduate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Preferred
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes
• Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required
• WellSky Experience is a Plus
