Job summary

Amedisys, Inc. is seeking a Speech Pathologist (PRN) to help prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication and swallowing disorders in adults in their home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with approved clinical practicum.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and AAC systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
